Spencer Gulf King Prawns are wild caught in the clean waters of the Spencer Gulf, which stretches from the Southern Ocean up toward Port Augusta, with Port Lincoln at its lower end. This is one of Australia’s most respected prawn fisheries.

These prawns are green (raw), shelled and tail removed, ready for you to cook your way. Wild caught using prawn trawlers and seine nets, then snap frozen to lock in freshness and natural sweetness.

The Spencer Gulf prawn fishery is MSC certified, the internationally recognised benchmark for sustainable fisheries management. Strong quotas, careful seasonal closures and ongoing monitoring protect stocks and ensure long term sustainability.
