How does frozen meat arrive?
Your order is vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness, then packed with dry ice in an insulated box and sent by refrigerated transport, so it arrives frozen.
When will my order arrive?
Order by midday Tuesday to make that week's Wednesday dispatch. Most orders arrive within about a week of ordering, depending on where you live. See our delivery page for times by state.
Do I need to be home?
No. The box is insulated and packed to stay cold, so it can be left at your door.
Is there a membership or subscription?
No. Order whatever you like, whenever you like. Subscriptions are there if you want them, but never required.
How much is shipping?
Frozen and chilled meat is a flat $30 Australia-wide. Pantry and skincare orders ship by Australia Post for $10, free over $100. Pick-up in Albury is always free.
