Grass FedLamb
Chops, cutlets, roasts, shanks, mince and sausages from sheep rotated across fresh pasture. No drench, no antibiotics, no grain.
Lamb, by the cut or by the box
Nothing in that group right now — try another.
Five-star treatment, from paddock to plate.
Our sheep move to fresh pasture a few times a week, which gives the land a rest and keeps the flock healthy without chemicals. Supply is limited and much of it goes to local restaurants, so if you want it, order ahead.
Grass fed and finished
Pasture all the way through. The flavour is clean and sweet, the fat is golden.
No drench, no antibiotics
Regular moves to clean ground break the parasite cycle, so we don't need drenches.
Mutton too
Older sheep, deeper flavour, better value. We sell whole sides when we have them.

“Lamb done properly doesn't need anything but salt, heat and time.”

Lambs are one of the newest animals on Wolki Farm, receiving nothing but 5 star treatment. Our sheep are rotated to fresh pasture a few times a week, giving our land a chance to rejuvenate. You won’t find any drenches, antibiotics, or grain here.
Being a new enterprise, our lamb supply is extremely limited, with most of our lamb quickly snapped up by local restaurants. So if you want to get your hands on some Wolki grass fed lamb, it’s best to order in advance.

Questions we get asked
What's in the Lamb Box?
A mix of chops, a roast, shanks, mince and sausages from the whole animal, portioned and vacuum-sealed. Sizes from 5 kg.
Why is lamb sometimes sold out?
Lamb is one of the newest enterprises on the farm and supply is small. When a cut is sold out, it comes back as the next animals are processed.
How does frozen meat arrive?
Vacuum-sealed and snap-frozen at peak freshness, then packed with dry ice in an insulated box and sent by refrigerated transport. It arrives frozen, and you don't need to be home.
When will it arrive?
Order by midday Tuesday to make that week's Wednesday dispatch. Most orders arrive within about a week, depending on where you live. See the delivery page for times by state.
How much is delivery?
Frozen and chilled meat is a flat $30 anywhere we deliver in Australia. Pick-up in Albury is free.
