This year we’re only making 40 heritage breed, pasture‑raised Christmas hams, available on a first come, first served basis for our community.
WHY ONLY 40 HAMS THIS YEAR?
Previous years we have offered many more Christmas Hams, but this year we completely shifted our pig enterprise from lease properties to our home block.
This put a bit of a gap in production and has us a bit behind with volume, but we are loving having our pigs at home.
Otto, Theo & Esme have taken it upon themselves to run the hose and assist our hard working pigs in creating wallows. Nothing makes a big happy like a big muddy wallow!

Folks, this isn't just any ham – our Christmas ham is a celebration of our regenerative farming practices and dedication to honest, wholesome food.
Our Christmas ham comes from Heritage breed pigs raised on pasture-based farms in Woomargama. They live outside, always, and are processed in-house at Wolki Butchery, hickory-smoked, and certified delicious!

Our Christmas hams are available now for pre-order, meaning you can't have one in your fridge just yet. This is probably a good thing, because you'd likely eat the entire thing before Christmas Day (yes, they're that good).
