My son was finishing off a course of accutane for cystic acne and I was looking for something soothing and healing for his dry and scarred skin. This balm has been amazing and I wish we tried it earlier. Don’t ask me how it smells like lemon meringue but it’s not at all what most people would expect from lard. Not porky lol. Definitely recommend for any skin inflammation issues or just as a general moisturiser.

I love both of the lard products from Wolki Farm and love what Jake stands for. The balm is very smooth, has a neutral scent and a little goes a long way. I can use this in my cooking and on my body and know I am giving my body the best nourishment around. I won't be using any other products for my body. I have also been using this on my young son's legs that he scraped climbing a tree. Overnight, the area was less inflamed, the scrapes started to heal and scabs started to form. Within a few days, the area was greatly improved (I will take photo's next time!). GREAT PRODUCT!
