Estate-grown in the Grampians

Grampians Olive Co. grow and cold-press their own olives in Victoria's Grampians region — single-estate and pressed soon after harvest, so the oil keeps its fresh, peppery character rather than the flat taste of oil that's sat around.

Their caramelised balsamics are slow-cooked in small batches with real fruit — the kind of honest finishing vinegar that's quietly picked up awards. We stock the range because it's exactly the sort of small-producer food we'd put on our own table.

FAQs

What's the difference between the oils and the balsamics?

The extra virgin olive oils are for cooking and finishing — drizzling, dressing, marinating, roasting. The caramelised balsamics are sweet-tangy finishing vinegars: a splash over salads, roast veg, strawberries, ice cream or cheese.

Are the olive oils really extra virgin?

Yes — cold-pressed first-press oil from Grampians Olive Co.'s own estate. The 2025 Signature is a certified-organic early-harvest style with a gentle peppery finish.

How should I store them?

A cool, dark cupboard is all they need — no fridge. Keep oils away from heat and light and use within about a year of opening for the freshest flavour. The balsamics keep well for a long time.

Is the chilli oil very hot?

It's a warm, lively kick rather than blow-your-head-off heat — lovely drizzled over pizza, pasta, eggs or grilled meat.

What do I do with the caramelised balsamic?

Treat it as a finishing drizzle. It works both savoury and sweet: roast veg, tomatoes and cheese, or strawberries, ice cream and soft cheese for dessert.
