Lamb cutlets are like lamb lolly pops, deliciously sweet and delicate. The most tender grilling cut of lamb.

Children love them too! They aren't too big and are easy to hold in one hand. We really encourage our children to use their hands and CHEW CHEW CHEW on the bone, developing great jaw strength and foraging for every last scrap of delicious lamb!

Our favourite is to crumb them in a mix of basil, almond meal and pecorino. T

Fry in a hot fry pan in lamb fat or tallow to create a crispy crumb.
