Ann has been a passionate cook from the age of 12 and worked long term in hospitality managing the paddock to plate cafe as well as cheffing in the kitchen. She has always been interested in a healthy lifestyle and food and has gone on her own health journey over the years to realise what actually is healthy.
Navigating her own motherhood journey and also observing her friends, she has seen the massive need for events like this. Too many women are experiencing birth trauma or complicated pregnancies and postpartum that could have been avoided or drastically reduced. Through education and empowerment we can help women have a better outcome.
