Just wanted to let you know that the chicken is amazing. I’ve tried a lot of different brands (all organic, funnily) but yours supersedes. When I made my chicken stock, It virtually had no scum (compared with significantly more with other brands) and my stock had a beautiful golden colour and heaps more flavour. Wolki Farm. What a local gem! This business and the faces behind it are integrity in action. Due to the influence of Wolki Farm we as a family have transformed the way we do life in so many ways...from being more intentional about buying our food locally, and where possible organic. And making use of the space we have in our own back yard (literally)...planting and growing a good size veggie garden and buying wolki raised chickens for our personal egg supply. The farm tour is inspiring. I'd highly recommend it. Our monthly meat box is always a treat to receive, with quality cuts that put my mind at ease knowing my family are eating quality, locally & pasture raised meat without all of the 'nasties'. And a whole lot more affordable than I realised. Their innovation and genuine care and concern for our local community is exceptional. I am someone who cares deeply about where my food comes from and how it was grown. The conditions that the commercial pork industry subjects it’s animals to is horrendous and as a result, I have chosen to forgo pork for over 2 years.

The work of Wolki Farm with their regenerative agricultural philosophy and their commitment to animal welfare means I can now on occasion, enjoy pork knowing that it came from an animal that was free to be what nature intended it to be.

We need to support Wolki Farm and regenerative agriculture as a whole so we, our kids, and future generations will have access to real, nutrient dense foods without the destruction of our natural environment.

A fantastic practical poultry workshop! A great day focusing on regenerative farming which leaves you confident to run poultry in any setting.
Jake's knowledge and setup at Wolki Farm makes the experience enjoyable for all. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to farm poultry for their family or adding a poultry enterprise to their farm.5/5 Chris
