Double Aged Dairy Beef is the dry aged beef from retired Jersey cows, from Kiewa Valley.

These beautiful cows are fattened on pasture once their milking career comes to an end, and then we dry age them in store.

We are enjoying this beef as it’s tender and delicious.

Our family has ordered and eaten a lot of high quality pasture raised/finished beef over the years and this double aged dairy beef is quite honestly some of the tastiest beef we have ever eaten. We ordered the 20kg pack and every single cut from steaks to mince to slow cooked cuts have beautiful flavour and texture. I am really glad to have come across Wolki Farm, what a business to support, your money is very well spent here!

The pork Gap sausages not gor me though the texture is a bit different but other sausages were fine.
