Yes, you read that right…no synthetic sausage casings in our butchery. We adhere to the tradition of honouring every animal we butcher by using every portion of the animal, including our pasture raised hog intestines as sausage casings.
Wolki wild harvest venison sausages are the perfect combination of 30% venison, 30% pasture raised pork, 30% pasture raised pork lard.

Our venison sausages are cryovac packed into 600g portions (approx. 6 sausages in each packet) and frozen immediately to preserve their freshness and taste. All you need to do is unpack them into your freezer and wait for the perfect time to indulge in a culinary journey into the wild.
Our wild harvested venison sausages come in three sizes (the more you buy, the cheaper it becomes per kg): 1kg, 2kg, 5kg
