Looking to truly taste the countryside? Our sheep spend their days grazing lush green pastures on The Border, never spending more than a couple of days in one paddock before they’re moved onto greener pastures (the grass really is greener on the other side). 

At our farm, drenches, antibiotics, and grain have no place. What we offer instead is pure, organic, wholesome lamb – free from all artificial additives, and full of rich, natural flavour.

Each Pasture Raised Lamb Box has been curated with great thought, packed with a range of cuts masterfully butchered right here at our very own Wolki Farm Butchery. 

All the meat comes cryovac packed and frozen while fresh to ensure maximum shelf life and optimum freshness.
