Here at Wolki Farm, we have a productive, organically operated market garden nestled right in the farm's front yard, next to the pig pastures. Here we grow fresh, seasonal, delicious produce for our eatery in Albury, Cafe Musette, and sell the surplus.
Our garden is no dig, dressed with organic compost, planted with heirloom GMO-free seeds, and tended with love.
Apart from being beyond organic, there's something exceptional about our market garden: it's a shared enterprise. Meaning, it supports more than just our family and our employees—it also supports other local business owners hustling to bring only the best to The Border.
