Which is why we opened Wolki Butchery in Albury, NSW. Here we custom process all types of meat for some of the best paddock-to-plate producers. These producers are involved in every processing decision, from the moment we receive the carcass from the abattoir until the protein’s packaged and labelled.


Wondering how much it will cost to get your livestock custom butchered? The costs listed below are based on hook weight. It includes butchering, mince, sausages, cryovac packaging and custom labelling.

  • Sow/Boar $4.50

  • Lamb $95 (per body)
